I LOVE YOUR SAMPLES, BUT CAN WE SEE A FULL WEDDING FILM?

Yes, you can! All of the samples on this site are actual films my couples have received. Most of them are called “Highlight Films” and are part of the wedding package. Your package will also include the entire ceremony, full length toasts, and a 45-60 minute “Documentary Film.” If you would like to see one of my past couples Documentary Films, do not hesitate to ask! I encourage you NOT to book with other videographers you may be comparing me with until you see full videos of theirs as well. Even if you decide you prefer their videos, at least you picked the best fit for you instead of guessing or making a decision solely based on price.

HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?

After you request information, we'll schedule a quick phone call. If you decided after that call that I'm your best choice, you'll receive a link to your personalized website for viewing all details of my package offerings and add-ons. That site will allow you to view your package details, select add-ons, sign the agreement electronically, and pay the deposit! The non-refundable deposit is 40% of the total balance. Payments can be made through PayPal or any major credit/debt card.

HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO GET ALL THESE MOMENTS WITHOUT US OR OUR GUESTS NOTICING?

A Wedding Film, if done correctly, is the best investment you can make for your wedding. You’ll actually notice your photographer more than you’ll see me. I don’t set up shots, and I don’t have cameras in anyone’s face. I certainly don’t conduct cheesy table interviews! Because of the way I film, I am able to deliver those genuine moments that tell the story of your special day.

WE HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER AS WELL. DO YOU WORK WELL WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS?

No offense, but I do not want to be in your wedding pictures! Therefore, I make it a point to contact your photographer before your wedding if I have not worked with them before. This allows me to ease the tension that some photographers feel, and also establish a “team effort” mentality with the ones that understand this is your day. I don’t only refrain from setting up cheesy shots or shooting behind the photographer’s shoulder, but I will also coordinate with the photographer during major moments of the day so you’ll never even notice I'm there.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET BACK OUR WEDDING FILM?

I understand how anxious you'll be to see the finished product. Between sorting through all the footage, picking the right music, and getting every bit of emotion and fun in there as possible; it takes about 3 months. I do offer a "rush"add-on that will get it to you the following week!

DO WE GET TO PICK OUR OWN MUSIC?

Absolutely! I want this film to represent you, not me! For the couples that trust me to film their day, I send a questionnaire about a month before the wedding date that answers all of our logistical and timeline questions about your wedding. Included are a few questions that specifically ask what some of your favorite songs, artists, and genres are. I even ask you what music you hate! From that starting point, I actually seek out and find music off the beaten path that you might not hear on the radio, based on your prefrences. As a result, your wedding film soundtrack not only reflects your style and taste, but is unique to your wedding and your wedding alone!

DO WE GET ALL THE RAW FOOTAGE?

Although I do not exclude moments that I know you will want to see, I can provide all of the RAW, unedited footage on a USB Thumb Drive viewable on a PC or Mac computer at an additional cost.

ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW OUR WEDDING FILM ON OUR IPHONE, IPAD, OR OTHER MOBILE DEVICE?

Absolutely! I've recently switched from physical media to the latest technology in content delivery. This of it as an online DVD or Blu-ray. From there, you and anyone you send the link to can view, share, and download any or all of your videos. You can watch on your computer, tablet, or smart phone. There's even an AppleTV app!

WHY IS YOUR FINAL PRODUCT ONLY 45-60 MINUTES LONG?

I understand you may feel you are missing out on a lot of what I captured from your wedding day, but nothing could be further from the truth. Instead of sending you a boring 2-3 hour wedding video, I take ALL the perfect moments large and small from your wedding, as well as details you may have missed and truly create a “film”, a narrative of your day. Audio is huge for me too so your toasts and vows are vital in telling your wedding day story.

DO YOU OFFER PHOTOGRAPHY AS WELL?

I do not; however, I can recommend some amazing photographers that are JUST as good at their craft as I am at mine. I feel that photography and videography are equally important. Because of that, I just want to focus on what I do best: telling stories of wedding days with my video camera. I let the photographers do what they do best, and work so well with them that you won’t even notice you hired me! In my experience, the majority of studios that offer both services, or even DJ companies that offer videography, can’t really focus 100% on doing the best job they can for both services. I don’t want to water down your video or photo experience by trying to offer both.
